S2 PARAMETER ADJUSTMENT

EXPLANATION OF THE ISSUE OR PURPOSE OF THE TRAINING

• The displayed weight during a full throttle weighing is either higher or lower than the weight displayed during an idle weighing.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Steps to follow before calibrating the S2G parameter:

1. Perform a zero tare of the tool with the tool completely empty.
2. Load the tool with material.
3. Record the displayed weight during an idle weighing.
4. Record the displayed weight during a full throttle weighing.

Steps to calibrate the S2G parameter:

• Press the button 

• Then press the button 

• The following screen will appear: 

• Select the tool to modify and press the button 

• The following screen will appear: 

• Scroll down to the S2G parameter and press the button 

• Confirm that you want to modify the S2G gain by pressing the button 

• The following screen will appear: 

• Take note of the current gain value before making any changes, in case there is an issue during the adjustment.

S2G Adjustment:

• To INCREASE the displayed weight during full throttle: increase the S2G parameter by 0.1000 until the full throttle weight matches the idle weight.
• To DECREASE the displayed weight during full throttle: decrease the S2G parameter by 0.1000 until the full throttle weight matches the idle weight.
• Press OK to confirm your new gain and test the displayed weight again at full throttle.
