SYSTEM INFO TO UPGRADE M5 to HX

Objectives:

• Upgrade Millennium 5 to Helper X software
• Get upgrade ZIP file from RMT

Equipment needed for the upgrade:

• VEI X5 monitor

Time required for this operation:

• 2 minutes

STEP 1: Access to VEI parameters required

1. Press MENU 
2. PREFERENCES
3. SYSTEM
4. Access  System Info
5. NOTE the following 4 values
   1. Product Family
   2. Software Version
   3. Device ID
   4. Sw Key

STEP 2: Upgrade software notes

• RMT will send you back an upgrade .ZIP file once we receive your system info.
• The upgrade folder must contain your SW key absolutely!
• Ex: VeiUpdate_HXE_00_03 SW_KEY_2050746882
