Objectives:
- Calibrate the VEI scale with 0 to +/- 1%
- Load a dump truck using VEI loader Scale and compare net Weight on certified truck scale
- Adjust accuracy of VEI against the truck scale net Weight
Equipment needed for the calibration:
- VEI scale (Helper M, Millennium 5, Helper X) installed on wheee loader
- Certified truck scale
- Dump Truck and driver
- Note pad to write down your weights
Time required for this operation if truck scale is onsite:
- 30 minutes
- 3 to 4 truck load verification with their net weight
