RECORDING LOADS ON USB

If you are experiencing inaccurate loads with your scale after trying different types of diagnostics, it could be required to send to RMT the weighing diagnostics using a USB on the VEI monitor.

Two types of advanced diagnostics are available:

WEIGHTS RECORDING ON USB

It enables the recording of a .csv file into the USB stick of each single lift weighing data including; sensors input, weighing time, calculated weight. Every .csv file saved is of 50 lifts, therefore once 50 is reached a new file is created.

TIP: Enabling the recording on USB is ideal to see on Excel if one the pressure sensor is doing a spike during the scale calculations that you can't see in normal sensor diagnostic mode. 

HOW IT WORKS? While loading a truck, each bucket lift is recorded with all important data. If you did 4 lifts, they will be recorded under one .csv file. The total loaded will not appear of the .CSV. Print a ticket before pressing CLEAR in order to check back your loads from the truck scale.

WEIGHING DIAGNOSTIC PAGE

Instead of the standard weighing page, the diagnostic page can be enabled, therefore at each lift you can see, beside the weight, the sensors signal value. An editing page will help to record the true weight and notes you like to add.

TIP: Enabling the Weighing Diagnostic page is ideal to see in real-time what the scale is seeing on your sensor inputs! If you enable the recording on USB, its ideal to see on Excel all the data at once and understand better if one the pressure sensor is doing a spike during the scale calculations.
